HS23P1800 is 8-bit MCU with low power consumption, high speed, high noise tolerance and OTP program memory. RISC has a total of 42 instructions, except that the branch instructions are two-cycle instructions, the rest are single-cycle instructions. This easy-to-use, easy-to-remember instructions greatly reduce the development time. HS23P1800 includes power-on Reset POR, Brown-out Reset BOR, power-up Reset Timer PWRT, Oscillator Start up Timer OST, Watchdog Timer, EPROM/ROM, SRAM, 3-state I/O port (can be set to pull-up/pull-down, open drain), Power-saving sleep mode, 8-bit timer/counter with 8-bit preset, 3-channel PWM outputs, independent interrupt, sleep wake-up mode and reliable code protection, there are two oscillating sources available for user configuration, including a power-saving oscillating source and a low-power oscillator. HS23P1800 can access 1K¡Á14 program storage space, it can directly or indirectly access registers and data storage area, all special function registers distributed in the data storage area contain specific program Pointers.
